Katherine is an experienced and passionate teacher flute and piano teacher. She holds an enhanced DBS certficate and teaches all standards, from complete beginner to ABRSM Grade 8+.

 

Katherine has previously been involved in Early Years workshops and group flute teaching as part of the Newham Music Service (Every Child a Musician), and under the Making Music Scheme Katherine lead several educational workshops in primary schools in Lincolnshire and Cornwall.

 

With teaching experience through a wide range of ages and levels, Katherine is supportive and a personable teacher who can accurately assess her student's interests and needs. She will go out of her way to find the most relevent and suitable music to inspire and motivate every student.  

 

Due to a busy teaching schedule Katherine is available to teach at her home in PE4. 

 

Prices for private lessons:

Beginner - Grade 4: £16.00 per 30 minutes

Grade 5 + : £17.00 per 30 minutes

Private tuition during school holidays only: £18.00 per 30 minutes
